I have opened the individual bank account via website. I have downloaded the app, I have provided all required documents and made selfies. But the app says that I should contact the help desk to use the bank. So I did it. They told me I have to go to the branch. So I visited the branch. There they told me that everything is ok. I only have to wait. So, I have been waiting for 10 days…
And nothing has changed…

I the same time I have opened the bank account at Wio - it works well without a problem.

So I have to say the ENBD is a joke not a bank. Avoid it if you can.

The ENBx lacks key features, including functionality the old app used to have. It is not intuitive or easy to use. Functions are often in only one screen rather than persistent across screens, so it takes finding your way until you locate what you want to do. Basic requirements are missing, such as the ability to download transactions into a spreadsheet (which the old version had). Overall very poor.
