I can echo the other QCs comments on this app. 3 years later, it’s the same. My review could very well be verbatim his. Vanishing reports, app crashes in the middle of picture taking. It’s very frustrating, especially when your workload/ productivity is directly tied to the number of reports per day you send. Having to redo a report, especially when it’s a rather lengthy inspection, is counterproductive at best, and at the end of a day, with a 3 hour drive ahead of you to get home is awful. Our company is all in on using this app, and something as simple as building in a recovery at crash point would be a godsend. Automatic saving of a form in app, to protect against the vanishing forms upon sending would be another fail safe that should be able to be built in. As it stands now, if I let the app go for more than 50 forms at a time, it starts getting buggy. When that happens, I have to delete it, reload it, and it’s great…. For another day or two. The most frustrating thing is the software company is aware of these ongoing issues, and still has done nothing to That said, it’s still the best app/ software I’ve yet seen for what we have to do in the field, and that’s why I gave it 2 stars, and not 1.
