La peor App de taxis que hay en toda España . No sirve. Los taxis no llegan a tiempo. La aplicación tampoco te deja cambiar el método de pago es horrible. Quien ha diseñado esta app ???
Empresa precaria
Es catastrófico lo mal que está gestionada la empresa en general, Pides taxis por la app y bien o el conductor que te indica está jubilado o de casualidad aparece otro taxi, Te indica que el conductor ha llegado y ni se ha pasado por ahí, En temporadas estivales, de alta demanda aquí, hay una cantidad mínima de taxis, puedes pasarte 3 horas esperando un taxi a las dos de la mañana debido a la masificación, llamas a la central y ni si quiera responden, Pedí otro a las 06:30 un domingo para coger el tren, y también tuve que llamar por teléfono para curarme en salud y no perder mi tren, Es lógico si la noche anterior has llamado 30 veces literalmente y no te han cogido ninguna vez el teléfono, y más siendo domingo cuando la gente vuelve de fiesta. Aparecieron dos taxistas y con mucho enfado me dijeron que debía de pagar los dos servicios por su traslado y echándome las culpas de pedir más taxis de los debidos en cuanto es lógico que tienen un método inválido de operación y los clientes no piden taxis por pedir sino por necesidad. Cuando ya estaba de camino, otro taxi más me llamó indicándome que estaba de camino y el propio conductor me cogió el teléfono para hablar con él especulando cosas erróneas como que había pedido 3 veces por la aplicación, cosa que es complicado de hacer si estás pidiendo un taxi la aplicación ya no deja funcionar más, Muy mal servicio para la alta demanda que hay en este lugar aprovechándose que son prácticamente un monopolio en el puerto de Santa Maria.

No reservar taxi con esta app!!! No sirve para nada, porque no reciben las reservas!!! Tuve que llamar para que manden un taxi. Casi pierdo mi tren
