## EōN by Jean Description
EōN schafft eine neue Beziehung zu „aufgezeichneter“ Musik, wie wir sie seit jeher kennen, indem der Hörer in ein endloses Klang- (und visuelles) Erlebnis eintaucht, wie bei einem Album, dessen Laufzeit keine festgelegte Begrenzung hätte.  

EōN produziert eine unendliche Musik, in ständiger Entwicklung, mit Variationen in Hülle und Fülle, komponiert von Elektronikmusik-Pionier Jean-Michel Jarre, begleitet von einer ständigen Abfolge organischer visueller Elemente.

Ist die EōN-App einmal gestartet, wirst du hören und sehen, wie sich ständig ein neues, unendliches musikalisches Erlebnis entfaltet – konzipiert, um für jeden Hörer absolut einzigartig und bei jedem Start der App wieder anders zu sein.

Du kannst jedes Mal eine andere Reise genießen, so oft und so lange zuhören wie du willst – die einzige Grenze ist die Akkulaufzeit deines Geräts.

Zudem ist die EōN-App, einmal heruntergeladen, völlig unabhängig und benötigt keine Internetverbindung. Dadurch ist es möglich, die App überall und zu jeder Zeit zu starten.

JEAN-MICHEL JARRE ÜBER EōN:
„-Eon- (auf deutsch: Äon) ist ein alter griechischer Gott, der mit unbegrenzter Zeit und Ewigkeit verbunden ist.

Ich habe diesem Projekt den Namen EŌN gegeben, da er genau das beschreibt, was es ist: eine unendliche musikalische und visuelle Schöpfung, die Jedem eine einzigartige Erfahrung bietet, die so nie wieder vorkommen wird: Auf jedem Gerät und bei jedem Öffnen der EŌN-App wirst du eine sich unaufhörlich entwickelnde Orchestrierung der Musik und der Visuals hören und sehen. EŌN ist ein endloses,organisches Werk, sich nie wiederholend, das auf ein Fingertippen hin unbegrenzt lebt und wächst.

Wie im echten Leben, wird jeder Moment, der in EŌN durchlebt wird, so nie wieder geschehen. 

Persönlich empfinde ich in der Tat, dass EŌN wahrscheinlich eines meiner aufregendsten kreativen Projekte seit Oxygene ist. Ich wollte schon immer eine Musik speziell für jeden Hörer erschaffen, die sich konstant weiterentwickeln kann, bezüglich Rhythmen, Klangfarben, Tempo, Melodien und Strukturen. Hier ist sie. EŌN ist konzipiert und komponiert als eine für jeden unterschiedliche Reise, ohne festgelegtes Ende. 

Ich hatte eine klare Vorstellung von den organischen, lebendigen visuellen Effekten, die meine Musik begleiten sollten und ich hatte das große Glück, einige Zeit in den Sony Computer Science Laboratories Inc. (Sony CSL) in Tokio zu verbringen, wo ich Alexis André und seine einmalige visuelle Welt entdeckte. Sony CSL und Alexis haben einen Algorithmus konzipiert und entwickelt, der einen endlosen Strom sich unaufhörlich weiterentwickelnder Grafiken generiert, die, wie die Musik, niemals enden und sich nie wiederholen.

Algorithmus und Audio Engine, die die Musik der EŌN App orchestrieren, wurden von Alexis Zbik und Vianney Apreleff von BLEASS entwickelt, nachdem wir gemeinsam die Regeln des Systems festgelegt haben."

In früheren Versionen entstanden auch melodisch rhythmische Improvisationen, die manchmal an Equinox erinnerten… dies vermisse ich!!

Ich höre gerne Musik bei der Arbeit. Da ich mich aber viel konzentrieren muss, stört Musik mit Gesang.
Ich hab viel rum probiert und eine ganze Menge interessante Musik gefunden, mit der das funktioniert. Leider ist auch die längste Playlist irgendwann zu Ende, und man hört doch immer wieder fast das gleiche. Auch in der unheimlichen Menge eines Musikabos findet man nicht unbegrenzt.

Seit ich die App habe, läuft sie fast pausenlos während der Arbeit. Mein Musikabo konnte ich kündigen.

Es wäre toll, Parameter setzen zu können. Also Stil Beeinflussung, Tempo, Stimmung der Musik. So ein „Labor für Elektronische Musik“ wäre toll.

### ***** "Super entspannende Musik"
Ich höre elektronische Musik seit Jahren und muss sagen ,j.m.harre,spät,aber besser als nie. Großes Lob an den alten Meister aus den späten 70ern.Das Werk hier ist echt ne Klasse für sich die dem Anspruch an Innovation gerecht wird. Genug der Lobhudelei wer austeilt steckt auch ein. Ich habe schon etliche Stunden gehört und da hagelt es von hier Kritik…. Manche Samples wiederholen sich.aha!!!! Ein paar mehr,auch als kostenpflichtiges Update wären echt up to Date Ansonsten 5Sterne für die Idee und Umsetzung

Es ist eine sehr schöne App mit toller Musik und schöner Grafik! Einerseits ist es traurig, das man das was man gerade hört nicht wieder hören wird, anderseits ist es immer wieder spannend was als Nächstes kommt!!! Der Sound ist natürlich auch sehr toll!! Ein absolutes Muss für jeden JMJ- Fan !

Ich höre seit ihrem Erscheinen immer wieder gerne in die EŌN App, sie ist weiterhin einzigartig und ich bin jedes mal aufs Neue Überrascht über die Inhalte und Kombinationen aus Musik und Grafik. 
Für mich als Tinnitus geplagten wäre eine Timer Funktion toll, damit ich EōN auch zum Einschlafen nutzen kann
