RIDICULOUS
This app is a joke! My accounts are not showing and they are just loading forever!
WORST app ever
I used their old app and it worked ok despite all the OTPs required for everything you do. Now this one I can’t even login due to the Facial recognition. ridiculous. UB doesnt even have that feature. WHY do they try so hard to make this app unusable.
App is not working for two days now!
Please fix this issue. I can't do any transfers. My money is stuck in there.

Can anyone please update what’s happening with this app because it can’t load? Since my account is new and still don’t have a prepaid card, what will happen to the money in my account? Please advise. Thanks.
Unreliable app
Customer service is not fixing the issue I raised for more than 6months already. Tried to transact today and I am getting page error in the app. Customer service in facebook wasn't even responding on my previous inquiry 6days prior and my money is stuck there!
Not good
Very hard to use app, account upgrade takes super looooong time to process. Unable to do transactions. All of My funds stuck there. Unable to cancel the account as well.
Creating a profile is impossible
How the h*** can I possibly create a profile when even after 20 minutes of trying to take an acceptable selfie your app keeps rejecting it?!?!

Hard to access online
Why the up took so long to wait for OTP to send and still i wait for nothing to receive.. and the resend of request for OTP message will take 300seconds to wait but still I didn’t receive any message. How can i register my account online? Pls help and fix this problem with the app admin. Thanks
