## EPO MyFootball Description
“EPO My Football” is the official mobile application of the Hellenic Football Federation for the Amateur Football Management Platform, providing clubs, academies, coaches, athletes, and parents with a unified and user-friendly access point for the day-to-day organization, information, and communication related to amateur football in Greece. 

Access to the application is securely provided through TaxisNet credentials, ensuring reliable user authentication. Parents and athletes can register and re-register through TaxisNet, as well as manage multiple associated profiles, such as their children’s profiles. 

Through the application, users can access the athlete’s digital card and profile, their personal and club information, as well as results, standings, and fixtures for the current or previous seasons. They can also view a monthly calendar of training sessions, matches, and friendly matches and immediately indicate their availability for each event, while also having access to their participation and attendance history. The application provides notifications, incoming messages, and offers from the club or academy, as well as the ability to view outstanding balances, subscriptions, and payments, where this functionality is supported by the academy. Furthermore, users can submit and track requests, such as registration or membership addition requests, and manage their account, language, local authentication settings, and consents. For clubs, academies, and coaches, “EPO My Football” provides a comprehensive overview of the academy, teams, sections, athletes, and staff, with detailed athlete cards and profiles, as well as tools for creating teams and selecting a position for each athlete and for creating, editing, and scheduling training sessions and friendly matches. Users can save templates, add notes, and manage attendance for each event, including team selections and attendance records. 

The application also supports the recording and monitoring of athlete injuries, the creation and delivery of targeted or scheduled notifications using templates, and the management of financial information by section, such as subscriptions, clothing, and registrations, with personalized reminders for outstanding balances or payments. Clubs and coaches can also monitor results, standings, and the complete match history for all available teams, maintain personal notes for organizational purposes, and manage requests, accounts, and settings. 

“EPO My Football” has been designed with simplicity, security, and transparency in mind, ensuring that every member of the football community, from clubs and coaches to athletes and parents, has direct access to the information and functionality relevant to them, wherever they are. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and through the application, each user can request the export of their data, submit an access request, and withdraw the consents they have provided.
