The App is clear, easy to use and accessible. However it is also unreliable. As previously mentioned by other reviewers you can create a pin and enable Face ID, however next time you log in an error will pop up and you’ll have to put your details in all over again. Sometimes it will then not recognise those details and only accept them on the desktop site.
A shame because the details are clear and the app is easy to use, but it is just too unstable and unreliable.

I love this app as long as I don’t click the button to log-out I can use Face ID.  

I agree with Gary (the other reviewer) that this app is limited compared to the website version and also I have notice it lags behind the Stock Market as Tesco for example is trading at 317.20 at the moment but the app is still stating 316.00 for the last few days even when I know for a fact that the Tesco market value has be fluctuating!

This app needs to keep up to date otherwise it is pretty useless!

As many others have said, enabling biometrics does not last and I need to keep typing in all of my log-in information. Please get this sorted asap as it is ruining your user experience before even getting into the app! Responses to app reviews go a long way. Would be 5 stars if you didn’t need to keep entering all you details every time you sign in.
Gets you to create a pin and set up face recognition but then forgets if all the next time you access the app.

So much nicer and easier to use the the website but the logging in needs to be fixed

This is an excellent app, with a far superior user interface over their website. It’s a really easy way for me to view all of my work based savings plans. However, it is limited in what you can do through the app vs the website. Most annoyingly, it repeatedly logs you out of the app which means you need to chose your employer and register all over again- very annoying. I don’t understand why it asks you to create a pin, and even allows you to enable FaceID, but next time you go to use the app it’s forgotten everything and you have to start again. Please try to improve this. It has some great potential.
