This strategy allows optimal results to be achieved and weekly accountability with your coach allows for all the support you require on your journey along the way. equ is your vehicle to results while educating you on your body's needs to achieve these goals and sustain your results long term.
The equ App allows you to submit your weekly check in, any food preferences you may have for your meal plan, chat to your coach and reach out for support or assistance when it comes to tracking your food and meeting your daily targets with food of your choice. Track your water intake and conveniently shop for your meal plan with your grocery list.

Thievery

Don’t get tricked on a 3 or 6 month subscription deal (still hundreds) and have it automatically renew. ALWAYS CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY UPON SIGNING UP TO SAVE YOURSELF. Equation are your usual subscription crooks, completely unforgiving and will show you no real mercy even if you haven’t been using the lack lustre product and despite multiple sign ups for no results. Basically just make sure 3/4 of your dinner plate is broccoli and carrots and you have you diet plans. I will be warning my interested friends to stay away.

No flexibility

Didn’t like the app and forgot to cancel. Had t used it for months and they still took $177 out of my account and wouldn’t refund even through I reached out same day. Be careful if you sign up.

Loving the meals

The meals are easy, delicious and my family loves it as well

Great results

For the first time in my life I have lost weight without feeling like I’m on a diet. The meals are so delicious and easy to make and I still get to enjoy all the foods I love.

Have been in touch multiple times with customer service to remove my bank details and continuously debited Beyond frustrating customer service. Refuse to issue refunds.

Terrible company and even worse customer service! 100% would not recommend, spend your money elsewhere

good at the time if you want to lose weight but be warned that the moment you cancel your membership, every single week of meal plan you’ve paid for you’ll no longer be able to access and view. such a money making scheme

V good

Have had great personalised programs, great feedback and advice from coach, and great recipes. The app can be a bit clunky a times, but it can be overlooked for how good the program is! I can also see in their Facebook group that they’re doing usability testing and we’re asking about new features, so it appears they are investing into the app as well.

Impossible to cancel

They in their fine print require an 8 week minimum subscription. While they have a 7 day trial period, they for myself at least, offered me a month free when I went to cancel in those 7 days which has now made it impossible for my to cancel when I want and I have to wait for the 8 weeks to be up. Incredibly frustrated and feels like a scam.
