I absolutely LOVE this app. It’s free (but makes it very clear that paying is an option) but you get everything you need without paying. Love how it shows what gait your horse is in. I’d say it’s accurate 85% of the time. Which is WAY better than other apps. LOVE THIS APP!!
Awesome features and tracking ability! The only thing I wish it had was a goal tracker for each horse. I took some stars away because the price of the app just adds up overtime and isn’t truly worth it unless you are huge into training or showing.
I used to love this app. Now on the Home page, it won’t show me any rides that are before April 30th. Very annoying and not at all useful.
I paid good money for this app because it says you can use your Apple Watch to record your time riding. Wrong! It won’t upload so therefore you get no information.
I have not been impressed with the premium version of Equilab. Sometimes it cuts off during the ride & sometimes the mileage is not accurate.
i can’t afford premium, but i ride a variety of horses. could you make five more for me or lower the price of premium?
I would recommend this to anybody that’s out trail riding, especially if you’re by yourself you can always look at the path that’s sort of like a horse GPS. And I’m on the free version.
Used 3 times, once the app was started the time starts, it kept track of how many steps we took, and how much time in each gait. After 3 hrs of walk, trot and lope we traveled 0.1 miles. It happened each of the three times we used the app. It’s been deleted.
The detailed gait segments are amazing and work extremely well! I don’t own a horse, so the shared horses feature is very helpful to track trainings on lesson horses at my barn. My only suggestion, if possible, would be to count jumps per session. Thank you for this amazing app!
This app was amazing and the features they added to save trails were awesome but in the last five months, it has stopped tracking my rides 20 minutes or so and doesn’t show you that when you open the app while riding. It also shows it’s still going in the background, but you’re ride has definitely stopped. I won't renew my subscription and will look for an App that works consistently.
