ESC Gas Certificate

Worksheets tab, app crashes everytime you try and log a reference and date. Other than that app is excellent

Concept is good, but so much needs to be improved. iPad app is ok, on the phone it’s terrible. Major appliance names non exist and and really inconsistent with the operation, some days it works other days it’s just like the app has forgotten that it’s supposed be a gas cert app. Time for a change.

Since this app has been updated all it does is freeze and you loose all the information you have put into the certificate.

Been using this app for two years since taking up their free trial offer. Would never go back to paper copies as the emailed certs look so much more professional. The app is easy to use to generate certs on your mobile. Customer service is exceptional. Bianca responds without fail to any queries and deftly sorts out any problems. Would highly recommend.

We used this for the first time today, with this app we were able to immediately send certificates to the client in a professional format including a warning notice which requires urgent attention. Also great helped received from ESC office whilst learning how to use and set it up. Like the payasyougo as well.

I can type all of the information, however when pressing send, only dashes appear where the data should be. Please fix, could be a good app.

We Have been using this app for over 6 months it has made our jobs so much easier and looks so much more professional ,we have been able to manage our customers information , safety Certs for domestic to commercial ,unsafe situation logs for future reference ,we work for several different company's that have since give us a lot more work as we are able to email them the safety Certs direct from the work location most of my clients used to complain with scanned or photo copied Certs often haveing to waiting for my staff to drop paperwork in the office ,This app really is the future so simple to use the office gets a copy the Enginner and most importantly the client all with one click of a Button onsite ,we have engineers that have never turned on a computer and they have picked it up after their first job :)

Been using this app now for just over a month I was looking for something to use instead of buying the carbon copy pads so gave this ago also you get a free trial too which is great!! I can honestly say I will not be using a carbon copy pad again this makes my life just that little bit easier plus all my gas certs are stored on the app the customer receives it through there email almost instant so it's always there if needed for them all I have to say now is give it ago yourself great bit of kit and you won't look back !!
