You can also add scouts for young players,and add minimal potential of player,and maximum. And if a player has high ambition, then he will develop to the maximum. And if ambition is low, then to the minimum.And training center,where players will will develop their potential

The game is really awesome! And I have some suggestions for content to make it much better

1. Add more benefits for qualifying on major tournaments (ex. CS major stickers) which will give the club some money for several months 
(I have 4 teams winning majors and world cups but still the only way to earn money is to transfer players in other disciplines)
2. Check games names, sometimes volarAnt becomes volarOnt
3. Add age checker, it’s weird, when u are buying 15yo player in 2040 who’s in contract since 2025 
4. Add age affection on stats (the older player becomes the worse he plays, but the clutch is getting higher)
5. Add media events, which gonna boost popularity of the club 
6. Add ability to have 2+ sponsors for teams, who stable plays semifinals/finals of major championships
7. Esports is not only about players and coaches, it’s also about analytics. You can add another rooms for analytics to gain tactical and moral advantage against 1 or 2 opponents, chosen by player for every discipline
8.  Add some “extra talented players”, which gonna appear in player search rarely, but will have extremely high stats 

It’s not that bad to have ad for benefit system. I’ve noticed that bank allows you 3 times go to negative balance, and then you lose all your teams and levels. At that moment I’d better chose “watch an ad” :)
Also I would watch an ad to edit my player’s stats, maybe once a year

Dear Julien, this game is a true gem. 
I hope u’ll update it as long as u can.
It’ll be very nice to see this features in near future:
1) Academy room/screen- like in Football world master 3.
2) In-game patches for esports disciplines, meta and strategy’s ( like 4+1 for dota, photon guns for SC2 and etc)
3) Help button which contains all information about selected screen like in previous urs games. It’ll be nice coz few mechanics and players traits needs to understand.
4) Transfer market and transfer windows.
