The website advertised 30%off if you downloaded the app. I downloaded the app and used the code. Didn’t work on any item I put in my cart. Gimmicky and misleading.

The app is a great idea love it the only thing is the size chart doesn’t work and I can’t filter clothing through size

For some reason you can use different filters on the desktop version to the app. The app doesn’t allow you to filter by size, or by maternity etc. waste of time.

App is pretty good, but you don’t have everything on there the same as the website. Can’t see how to get into rewards area on either app or site. But putting things as a fav or cart works great. Thanks

The app looks good in theory but there’s no way to search for particular garments (that I could easily find?), ie. skirts, tops, shorts, jeans categories. I also can’t figure out where to see my royal rewards points balance anywhere. I find the app quite hard to navigate. The filters aren’t very specific either

Please add filter by size, nothing more annoying than finding something & it’s not available in your size. Which you can see until you click on the item.

You don’t have all they items that are on the website on the app

Such an easy app to navigate and always enjoy shopping of this website and great quality clothing.
