The online process to claim compensation for my damaged luggage was very fast. It was completed within 24 hrs! I am really impressed by the efficiency of the system and very much appreciated.

The app is nice and looks good but there are several times that I got stuck, including the voucher gallery. Can’t go back to the main page… 
If I quit the app means I have to login again… so that’s a bit troublesome

I experienced a flight delay and had to submit a claim in for Travel Delay. 

I submitted in the necessary documents on the morning of 16th Feb (which is a Sunday).

And the claim was approved by the afternoon (of the same day). 

As I’m writing this, I have  received the claim amount in the e-wallet and have since arranged for it to be credited into my bank account via Paynow.

Thank you for being efficient, the quick turnover time and the amazing claims experience. 

Will certainly recommend Etiqa Travel Insurance to family and friends.

The app doesn’t allow to change flight on the same day and the best part, no customer service or live chat available.

The function to upload documents to submit my clinical examination form from my pet insurance was faulty.

My PDF was within the file size of below 10MB but no matter how many times I try , the document just could not be uploaded through the app .
