I submitted in the necessary documents on the morning of 16th Feb (which is a Sunday). And the claim was approved by the afternoon (of the same day). As I’m writing this, I have received the claim amount in the e-wallet and have since arranged for it to be credited into my bank account via Paynow. Thank you for being efficient, the quick turnover time and the amazing claims experience. Will certainly recommend Etiqa Travel Insurance to family and friends. However there are two things: 1. Logging in takes quite some time. 2. There is no option to turn off certain notifications or customise them. I wish to extend my gratitude to Etiqa travel insurance. I am a senior with mild IT knowledge. Etiqa had solved my travel issue without me doing the claim. My recent travel trip from Melbourne to Singapore was delayed for 6 hrs and 15 mins. Etiqa had payout my claim without me filing the form and upon arrival the next morning. I received a notification from Etiqa that they already done my claim form and was fast approved without much fuss n do not need to submit the documents. Etiqa have all the flight information and even reminded me of my departure time. Etiqa is definitely my first option after my true experience with it. I had a bad experience with other travel insurance and claiming are so much of a hassle. Glad I purchased Etiqa and will now purchased Etiqa with less worries.
