Unreliable service and poor customer support
I cannot recommend this app at all. I’ve been trying to resolve a minor issue with deposits for over two months, and every response I receive is the same. They claim the issue has been resolved, but when I try again, it’s still not fixed. Trust is essential when it comes to investments, and this app does not inspire confidence.
I plan to explore all alternatives and close my account. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any service. On top of that, they sometimes block the chat, leaving the issue unresolved. There’s absolutely no professionalism, and in the end, you’re wasting your time and money trying to sort these things out.
Despite its ease of use, I cannot recommend this app at all. There are far better options available.

Absolutely amazing app, super friendly, easy to use, great staking rewards for crypto holders, amazing interest rates for our cash!!!! Can’t recommend it enough! and so many Surprises!!! Crazy! I just feel they need to add more security layer! Like adding number or 2 verification extra for new ip addresses or devices who signs in our accounts! But unfortunately not yet been done or too easy for me to signed in my account even though 2AF is on!
Horrible
They make it so hard to close your account and keep telling you the information isn’t correct. And want reasons and nonsense why you’re leaving. Then they keep trying to get you to stay. I’m at the point of forwarding detail to my lawyer cause I’m not playing these games.

Give me my money back because your app refuses to verify my phone number and you don’t have any right to charge for anything. I want my money back please! Poor customer service. To open a forking ticket is even hard to do because you get promoted to do the captcha verification when you click on ‘Send message’
Scammer alert
Will take your money will charge you very high fees then after a while I’ll stop you from depositing withdrawing or investing eToro is a scam. If you want to lose everything go through eToro.

Good app for beginners, a lot of educational content. Commissions are high. Dark mode, would be greatly appreciated, that option doesn't work even if the phone has that feature enabled.
