Connectivité dégradée

Depuis la récente mise à jour la connectivité des caméras les plus éloignées s’est dégradée alors qu’elles n’avaient jamais posé de problème jusqu’à présent…

App gaat traag

App gaat helaas enorm traag, wanneer mensen aanbellen en ik de app wil openen moet hij eerst een halve minuut tot minuut laden om dan vervolgens een lege voordeur te zien omdat niemand zolang wacht. Alsook het spreken door de app gaat vertraagd wat enorm vervelend is als de postbode voor de deur staat. Beetje teleurgesteld.

You are not allowed to give your opinion about the eufy app that they function poorly and highlight the problems, I call that discrimination. So the camera system and app are going away, and I'm publishing this on our billboard. It is clear that honest reviews are not appreciated. (It was a recensie of 15 nov) “Dear Peter, We are writing to inform you that your customer review for eufy Security is not in compliance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, Submissions Guidelines under Section L. Impossible de se connecter avec mon iPhone en 5g

Notification count Iphone 16

App doesn’t reflect correct amount of notifications anymore, it keeps adding up. Going in and out the app and the count disappears, until the next detection

Very slow

Loading video alerts takes forever. By the time it opens, the person detected is already three blocks further …

A lot of reboot/unistall required

The app is easy to use but it bugs a lot. Saying very often that the device is not connecting. So you have to reboot the camera o even re-setup the device. It is also slow to access the live view or past events.

App bug

When opening live view, the buttons at the bottom are not clickable. Have to close and open the app again to make it work! please fix!
