Geofencing - Please fix…
Fine….but: - Geofencing is NOT good here. - Could be nice to have a program with (working) Geofencing during daytime and full alarm in the night. Not possible now? (One setting during day and one during night)..
Annoying ads
Please stop these annoying ads. I just want to use the stupid app without constant ads campaigns. Terrible experience.
Geofencing is weak
Its a shame that the geofencing is that useless, even though all the settings is correct.
Ubrugelig til opsætning af eufy HomeBase
Man kan ikke tilføje nye homebase mini med denne iOS app og deres support kan heller ikke hjælpe. Måske bliver det løst engang 🤨 Har nu en ubrugelig ny basemini som ikke kan bruges før de fikser appen 😔
Skifter til andet alarmsystem
Eufy er ok, men ikke mere end det. Købte en pakke med 4 S330 kameraer og Homebase S380 samt S330 dørklokke - alt det nye. Hardwaren har virket godt. AI-funktioner som ansigtsgenkendelse virkede fint i starten, men som flere ansigter blev tilføjet er det blevet unøjagtigt og nu kan jeg slet ikke tilføje flere. Når man skal se på optagelser tager det lang tid (sekunder) når man skal naviger rundt imellem optagelser og starte dem. Indstillinger og funktioner i app flyttes rundt og gøres forskelligt, alt efter hvilket kamera man er inde på. Og så virker alting bare som en tidlig softwareversion som mangler at blive gennemtænkt mere og generelt finpudset.
Unbelievable this app does not support Widgets!
This App does not let you edit your network settings in the camera, so yes you can connect to a WiFi network, but you can’t change any settings about either the WiFi connection or the network settings, like disabling DHCP or custom DNS/IP addresses. And it’s unbelievable that there is no widget to show a live camera feed! So you have to open the app and find the live video. I’m not really sure that Eufy actually cares about what it’s customers need, at least from what I see here in the reviews. Problems and bugs go ignored and unfixed and features don’t get added.
Draining battery and geofencing doesn’t work
I’m happy with my cameras but the APP is hopeless. Switching on geofencing means that it drains your battery fast (23% of my battery consumption is this app) and then the geofencing functionality doesn’t even work properly. 2 out of 3 times it either doesn’t activate or deactivate your system. Room for improvements ….
Good app, but….
The app is really good, the camera quality is also really good. But the last 3 months, my Face management are broken. All AI pictures are blank, and no persons can be scanned anymore. - All fix updates didn’t resolve this issue. Still waiting for a solution.
