Geofencing is so buggy, that it's pretty much unusable.
Same problem as “Atyai”.
It worked perfectly, but since the last update (12/07) I can't login (Error message unauthorized (401)). (I deleted and re download the app and now working well.)

periodically went to offline
Why periodically went to offline my camera when the wifi is working perfectly? What can be the cause of that? Why I unable to reconnect manually?(no menu item for reconnect) This device is poor for security device IMHO. because too much the offline gap when not protect the object. thanks

Good value for money. Annoying geofencing problems😏
Almost perfect, superb easy to setup
Greatest value per money. Have a few outdoor cams and a few panandtilt, easy to setup with lots of configs like activity zone, pet detection, baby crying, microphones can be turned off. Basically everything one would need, and they keep developing it :)) a few minor things are missing, eg one should be able activate all cameras in one tap instead of individual activation. And for some strange reason (IT I suppose) the menu of the various camera types are different, like quite much. U can still do all the settings but in a different way.

Elégedett vagyok a termékekkel és a szolgáltatással, egy Video Doorbell 2K Battery, HomeBase 2, eufyCam 2 Pro, és kettő Indoor Cam 2K Pan & Tilt használok. A Video Doorbell esetében hiányzik a HomeKit támogatás, de nem is ez a főbb probléma. A csengetés esetében nagyon zavaró, hogy csak egy push noti érkezik. Nyilván az ember nem tud minden push üzenetet azonnal megnézni, így lemarad arról, hogy valaki becsengetett. Mert a csengés jelzése semmiben sem különbözik attól, ha mondjuk a kutya ugatott vagy bármi mozgás történt. Egyedi hang ugyan beállítható a csengésnek, de lenémítva vagy Apple Watch viselése esetén ez sem segít. Egyedül az jelentene megoldást, ha csengetés esetén nem push üzenet érkezne, hanem egy videóhívás, mint a Netatmo Doorbellnél. Kedves Anker, tessék ezt megfontolni.
