Excellent système de surveillance.

So many ads you can hardly use the app

If you want ads shoved in your face the entire time you try to use your cameras then these are the ones for you

Stop working with most cams on os 15…

…all three of the cams were working fine but now only one out three I’m able to view the content. The two s340 are not viewable only the doorbell cam is working properly. Please fix! ….Latest update still not working ipad os 15 and now the event playback screen is very small making difficult to spot details as before!

Consistency is key

Improve auto quality speed and when opening the application have it dark too

This app is 626 MB. Are you kidding? Bloatware.

HORRIBLE UPDATE

What was wrong with the contrast it’s a horrible update too bright of white, the way to delete security images was easier the old way. This will make me want want to change to Ring. I don’t understand the purpose of this update

Can’t log in

I’ve spent more time trying to log into the app to register my new lock than I spent installing the thing. I already have a Eufy account from having the robo vacuum, but the app is insisting that I need to register my email. That would be fine, except it keeps giving me an error message that it can’t send me a registration code because I’m already registered. This is beyond frustrating, as it seems the app is necessary for the product. I’m starting to regret my purchase.

Easy to use

Easy to use and quick to find anything you need to change or adjust. Just wish they would fix the app icon and make it darker when the phone switches to night mode.

Poor iPad functionality in V5

With this latest update, the iPad version no longer will display captured video motion in full screen. There is not even a way to enlarge the video to full screen so you’re stuck with an image. It’s 1/4 size of the screen. Very poor design by developers and would never have upgraded if I would have known about loss of fullscreen video playback
