Downloading and sharing videos does not work
Download starts but file is not saved and also cannot be shared
WORST SYSTEM EVER
Not even 1 star….cameras are good only for decoration, a lot of fake alarms, battery life no more than 1 week, videos are jerky, a lot of lies in the description and a lot of headaches
So unusefull app I
So un useful app I can not acces recorded files from Mobil network. Only from home wi fi.
No sound
In version 4.7.2 there is no sound from the camera microphone.
iPhone connection problem
I can’t believe that after more than 6 months, this App causes me problems with live view on iPhone if I am not on a WiFi network, even if the connection is better. Please solve this issue.
2+ years 2Pro
6 cameras system set up to monitor private access and yard. While I can understand battery life worsening over time, w/ less than 3 months per unit on Human only mode, I cannot understand detection degradation. To be clear, this isn’t a system that’ll alert you w/ ample lead time (useless beyond 8m), still latest updates made it miss more than half the events. Customer support is complete rubbish, w/ all issues being resolved by the retailer; they simply run a subpar support bot that cannot qualify cases to save its life.
Very Unreliable.
Unfortunately, the app or the servers are very unreliable. Most of the time you can’t connect to see the cameras. When you press to see the event list, it’s blank, you have to go back and do it again to show the events. The app looks to outdated, I don’t understand thata Edge tab which is mostly useless and the advertising is the it’s only purpose.
Great app and products
I use an external eufi camera for one year now. It’s all stable and good. All the best for development team.
Satisfied
Overall, very satisfied with eufy, but would have a few requests. Please make the Geofencing work properly. I know it is still in beta version, but it would be really useful to automatically switch the alarms between home and away modes. Currently, the app does not do the switch all the time, or most of the times. With the same phone, i use similar functions, based on location, in other apps like Smart Life for different types of automatizations. Also, even better, it would be great to be able to switch on/off the camera, when switching between away and home modes, or different custom profiles.
