HELLO SHANE, I am interested in your discount offer. It is not a very genuine gesture at all. Offering a 30% discount on original price? Are you serious? The promotional price is even lower than 30%. IF FREE REPLACEMENT, I WILL STILL CONSIDER AFTER 3 OVER MONTHS OF AGONY AND FEAR. As mentioned, DO NOT IGNORE THE 14TH AUGUST EMAIL. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN PENDING SINCE MAY 2024 AND NO UPDATE ON THE SOFTWARE CHANGE AS PROMISED BY EUFY. AGAIN, REPLY THE 14TH AUGUST EMAIL. IN PAIN THANKS TO EUFY NABAGEMENT. Daniel

Firmware Update

Poor support. The firmware fails to update. Even their technical team cant resolve it. Told me the wifi signal is poor. I placed it beside my router and they still give me such a reply. Anyone could have been their technical team. Templated reply. When escalated told me its not covered under their warranty. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Do not trust their product and promises!

Not compatible with iPhones

App crashes every time I try to watch a playback video. It causes the entire iPhone to shut down and a hard restart is required is power the phone back. Please update your app to be compatible with iPhones.

Great camera system

Using the app with eufycam 3 and S380 Homebase. Works well!! Just a very minor issue with the Face Management page of the app. The words run off the side of the screen. I guess just a formatting issue. Otherwise no problems at all.

No cloud storage

Dual SIM issue

Can remote access Homebase for video records and live streaming when iPhone is using Dual SIM, this is not acceptable. Nothing is done to resolve this after feedbacks, if eufy wants to keep this “feature”. Do state on requirement that for iPhone user, do not use dual sim.

Version 4.5.4 playback view is broken

After my phone update to version 4.5.4. I can only view live view. Playback view is not working however i can still view event from event view. My camera is already using the latest firmware. I also try to reinstall eufy app. Problem persist. My other device using 4.5.3 can still do playback view. Please fix it.

Upgrade caused devices to be missing
