## Eurostar Reviews in Belgien

### *---- "Rip off"
Please re-nationalise
-- Panache66, 2024-12-26

-- Avis belge, 2024-12-09

### ***-- "Ok, as long as you don’t mind typing cryptic codes"
The application works ok, but the interface with the ticketing service is poor. You just need to find your reservation code on your booking. There are only three of them, with helpful names as ‘ticket number ‘, dnr or pnr. Just try them all. Then two more operations to add your ticket to your phone wallet, while other booking applications manage to do the same in a single click.
-- Anon01102016, 2024-12-09

-- Nanatavie, 2024-12-02

### *---- "Absolutely worthless"
Our train back home was cancelled. However we were never notified by the app or by email. In the app it was not clear the train was cancelled: “your journey may be disrupted.” Also there was no real time info. Our first train never reached it destination but according to the app: it did and “perfectly on time”
-- GillesDB, 2024-12-01

### *---- "M"

-- RodNi9, 2024-11-28
