In the app all the movies and cinemas don’t show, there is nothing, the layout of the app is there but nothing else.

It says there is no movies showing and I can’t even select a cinema it says there’s no movies showing at any cinema basically the app doesn’t work please fix !! Layout is great and simple but nothing works !

Cannot check in to any movies, it just closes down.

App is not working properly because when go for check in online, after you done seat & payment.

Tried to join says details already exist, use forgotten password. Forgotten password email takes me back to join screen. Round and round in circles.

Any app that won’t let you use a 5 star password can f off. Instantly deleted the app

The app stopped working on my phone after the last update 3 days ago.

Since the new update I can’t open the app I’ve tried restarting and deleting app to no change, regarding failing to open.

Incredibly smooth, easy to use and makes booking a movie far easier. My thanks to the team that designed the app, this thing is a well oiled machine. My own satisfaction surprises me each and every time. Personally, I think this is the most well designed brand app I use. Great job.

Was in and had seats held then went to pay, it kept saying failed and then timed out, someone else got the seats. What a waste of time
