Unable to verify account in the app despite clicking on the email login link. Tried many times. Horrible verification process.

Eventbrite is unable to open pdf tickets after migration from iPhone 7 plus to 12. Uninstalled and reinstalled done 3 times, did not help. Logging a case in “contact us” section was also confusing. Despite already logged on, it always circled back to the help search. Please help.

Tried a few times and unable to login despite clicking the link in the email and been brought back to app, but nothing happened.

It is quick and convenient to use Eventbrite to book an event. However, the ticket often does not include the link to online event, and the organisers may send the link of zoom meeting via separate email. Would it be convenient for the participants to have the link included in the ticket?

I’ve been a long time user but the only time I need to refund a ticket cause I couldn’t go, it was rejected.

Hi sorry had to leave the feedback here, the feedback Google form in the app looks like it’s too old and updated. 1) when pressing events under notification, it always shows ‘something went wrong, pls try again’ and the reload button. No reloading works. 2) the event details became super small and can’t zoom it

This feature no longer works. When you tap on the “Save ticket as image” button it only saves the event details to your album, no QR code, no order/ticket number, not even your name.

It’s very user friendly.
