I am quite frustrated with the inability to change locations when I move to my second home during the summer. Living in an emergency wildfire area during this time. The lack of flexibility in the application makes it difficult to use effectively.

I didn’t see a sign up option so I tapped “can’t log in”. It opens my browser but the browser says it’s an unsecured network and requires my IP address be shown. HUGE RED FLAG! 🚩 Do NOT use this app!

This app barely works. I can’t see my subscriptions or change them. I never get the alerts on my phone. It won’t let me login most of the time telling me the account already exists. No kidding, I’m trying to log in to it! Desperately needs some attention.

Attempting to contact support as I’m trying to create my user account. However, it will not accept my valid and paid for email address. So, no support and no alerts for me in my county.

App will alert me during an event or after an event has happened. I would like to get alerts before. Needed alerts for two locations. Had to create a new ac point for the second location. Recently moved and the address change is a hassle and would stay changed. Then I had to resubscribe to a new zip code, and I now have to make a third account because the server would not connect. I’ve tied for several days and I’ve given up.

Why can’t we delete them?

I can’t seem to find how to subscribe to Thousand Oaks Fire Department responses. Please advise.

And there is no attachment. An alert w no info is not helpful.

This app is poorly designed and works very poorly, often unlinking and disconnecting user accounts and bringing up (spamming rather) the emergency contact information page each time I use the app. This platform needs an overhaul, and for a company that literally specializes in mass communication, this is a true shame! I hope the developers read this and take heed.

I’m in Texas and I occasionally get Tennessee alerts!!!
