I was looking forward to losing weight but the pain in my L & R Shoulders , my Sciatica on both sides of my back, my L & R Knees & my Plantar Fasciitis on both Feet didn’t allow me to do the exercises 😞

Good app , just some of the videos are not for workout. But other than that it’s a cool app. I will definitely check it out again soon
Chair Exercise
I have severe arthritis in both knees. The chair exercises worked out for me on days I was in pain. My joints are not as stiff since I started using Everdance.
I love the app!
It's definitely a really cool app with lots of easy to follow dances. I would love to see more additions!
Got Me Movin’
Love love love the premise; it did get me Movin’, however I could not make full use of the App because I couldn’t cast it to my tv. I have YouTube tv, Disney, and Prime that I cast from phone to my tv - even using the code feature. However I was not able to cast to my Vizio television. I know I’m online because I have all the other stuff so why is this app so troublesome? I had a CVA back in 2018 and my balance has been off so the seated exercises are better for me but the casting thing may force me to another app. I am even able to cast CrunchyRoll to my tv. Please do something about this. I really like the app activities.

This app gives you tons of fun options to choose from. From using a chair to hip hop there is something for everyone.

Good motivational videos that were very engaging! I enjoyed the chair workouts a lot. Some I wish were longer! Great workouts!
It was great
The app has so much to offer. I really don't have anything bad to say, just that I wished they had more chair exercises do to my disability. When they increase the library and have longer chair exercises then I'll be back. Like I said it's a great app and you get your money's worth.
First session
It was intenced but worth it I’m 58 haven’t been in the gym work several weeks as my back is just too inflamed on a daily plus arthritis in the right knee but I can do this!!!
