Our app also gives you access to Everyone On Demand. This gives you access to the widest range of fitness and wellness partners on the market. From fitness and personal training to mental wellbeing and prescribed exercise, there’s a service or session to support everyone. 

You’ll also always know what’s going on at your local centre. There are live notifications and news updates coming straight through to your phone, while you can even keep your friends up-to-date with your activities and stay informed with your centre’s social media, as well as the weekly Everyone Active Podcast.

APPLE HEALTHKIT
We also use HealthKit to allow users to share their activity and workout data with the app. This data is used to incentivise users to stay active.

There are many good aspects to this app in its simplicity and navigable pages, but unfortunately it consistently fails to deliver a paid up outcome. There is always some logic fault/problem which doesn’t compute or allow you to check out. We are parents of twins who are registered to my spouse under her email account, but in checking out on the app, for new swimming lessons, it insists they have individual accounts that we log in to to complete the transaction. They don’t and so we can’t. It’s so frustrating!

Dear Team, you are doing so well at welcoming visitors, checking us in etc. But the standards of cleanliness are awful. Please clean the pool - the tiles themselves need scrubbing where hands grab the rail and the water had hairs and other floating items in it. The changing room floor is also dirty. Sorry but these are basic things and I expect more for my money.

The app used to have the option to add another person to your booking, which was great when taking my children for a swim.
That option now seems to have been removed, why ?
This is a ridiculous oversight when the app is for over 17’s only.

This app and the website counterpart has to be absolutely positively the WORST piece of website UX (user experience) I have ever encountered!

You cannot make bookings for multiple people from one account.  It is impossible.  It forces you to pay for one thing and one thing alone as a single member.

It’s difficult to navigate, find anything, book anything, and is - frankly - not useful in the slightest.

Our local leisure centres have all moved to this terrible system.

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever experienced. My wife and I just spent 10 minutes trying to find details of our son’s lessons to no avail. Complicated interface, unintuitive and difficult to use. Even the website is terrible …which the app often directs to. We couldn’t even find if we have a lesson this week. Just trying to book a swimming session is tough. There was a line of people last time I went struggling to get access to the centre due to the new security system.

Ridiculously complicated app that simply doesn’t work. Currently stuck in a loop of trying to add a PAYG membership -> forced to log in -> forced to change password -> logged out -> log back in -> no memberships added.

Unable to book any gym classes due to the above.

I’d give this 0 stars if I could because it fails totally in its primary function.

If the purpose of this app was to throw as much useless stuff on a page as possible and make it look like something from the 90’s then I would’ve given 5 stars. All I want to do is view both my kids’ swimming progress and it takes so many clicks to get to see just one of them (and only one). 

And as for logging in with the same username but different password to access each account, it’s the first time I’ve ever seen this in an app and it’s really not the way accounts should be setup.

I’m am struggling to see my son’s swimming progress because the link is not appearing after entering the swimming option. All it shows is  Course Info. It also says I need to switch accounts to see my child’s progress. We are using the same login as is expected. There is no where to enter the id that says identifies the individual on the account. So you just get stuck. I have never seen a structure like this. If you have children on your personal account you should be able to see everyone. Options for each person could be seen when selecting the person, but the method used is that you choose a sport and then the app suddenly decides that you have a child but since we are not in the child account (which is the same account) then the detail cannot be obtained. Please rework the app. It is incredibly messy.

The app is great for booking activities but it’s madness to only record activities booked for end of week stats. For example if I do one swim and six gym sessions a week it only counts the one swim session and not the six gym sessions. ☹️
