It’s such a shame that these hypnotherapy apps are so costly. In my view, it really highlights the inequities in the healthcare system. People who are disadvantaged due low income or unemployment might really benefit from these apps if they were cheaper, as they often can’t afford to see specialists or pay for medications. Initially I was waking up to 4-5x a night and then sometimes struggling to get back to sleep, the hypnotherapy sessions for sleeping allowed me to get back to sleep and improved the quality of my sleep so I started waking actually feeling refreshed!! I am now getting maybe 2-3 flushes a night but I go back to sleep almost instantly and if I don’t I have the session to listen to and this is a life saver! Secondly, all the daily readings have been so informative. The amount of information each time was just enough to absorb and take on board. Thirdly, and finally, the daily hypnotherapy sessions were an eye opener, as I realized I don’t give myself enough time each day to look after me.
