เครื่องชาร์จไม่ได้ตามมาตรฐาน แจ้งว่า AC 7 kW แต่ไฟเข้า 1-3 kW ชาร์จอีกครั้ง ไฟตัดเอง แต่เวลาเดินหน้า ต้องกลับมาที่รถ แล้วมาดึงออก โทรไปหา callcenter ก็ช่วยไรไม่ได้ เสียเงินไปฟรีๆไฟไม่เข้าเครื่อง แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ก็โยนกันไปมาระหว่าง callcenter กับ line official แพงกว่าคนอื่น แต่ห่วยทั้งเครื่อง ทั้งเจ้าหน้าที่

Couldn’t even find a way to top up from the app. It’s ridiculous honestly. Added my credit card on the app but failed to do anything with it. It said failed to charge due to insignificant fund, but couldn’t find a way to top up anywhere from the app. How hard can it be? Whoever approved this app clearly didn’t try to use it or had money already topped up for them. I ended up having to search on Google how to top up by myself. So bad it can’t even do one very important thing on the app. Clearly needs to be improved.
