This app is the best thing that’s ever happened to my fitness journey. I love that there are several programs to choose from and that there are alternative exercises for each (in case a certain equipment is not available at the gym).
Training is a 10/10 however the nutrition part is a mess, ingredients no where to be found and if you create something it is hard to even find your own, also there is no way to know if what ever you choose was right because you can’t not see the nutrition value only the calories which is not enough. I love Kristy and I would love for this to improve so that I don’t have to use other apps to track my intake
The workouts are fantastic! I love the little short videos with every exercise so I know what I’m doing and I like having several alternatives available to choose from if the equipment isn’t available or you need to modify. However, the app has had so many unresolved.bugs in the two months I’ve been using it. The nutrition feature does not save any of my meal plans and the workout feature does not actually save all my PRs as I work through a program. Also, there are no suggestions for speed/incline for cardio exercises which is kind of annoying.
The app was great! But so many trainers come and go. As well a lot of glitches that aren’t taken care of early on
I love the programs and customization options, whether swapping out an exercise, moving one of your workouts to a different day, or adding a mobility or yoga class to an “off” day to complement a strength training program. It is only day one of using the app for me, but I am soooo impressed so far. My only issue is the nutrition section. I have a lot of my own go-to recipes. I will eventually get into the app, but this is a bit clunky. I had difficulty adding my post-workout shake, so I just added it to my breakfast, meaning I had to make duplicate entries. I hoped this app would replace my Strong (workouts) app AND MyFitnessPal (macro calculator, saving recipes, and calorie deficit tracking). With a few tweaks and updates, it totally could!! I would love to have one app that does it all. Update October 2024: I really do love this app, but I just started the new Pilates and Strength program, and as Pilates is more of a follow-along type of workout, I downloaded the app on my iPod so it could be on a bigger screen. But when I tried to sign on, it said the login used was already being used on another device. I'm very disappointed that I can't put it in taking my I pad. It does have a cast function that may work for others. I am truly blessed to have a good home gym set up, but unfortunately, I do not have a TV to cast to in my gym.
Meal planner does not work. Keeps deleting my meals and replacing them with random ones. It’s unfortunate because that was what I was most excited to use.
I was supposed to have a 7 day trial however I was charged for the full year without a 7 day trial. $160 down the drain for an app I don’t want. Terrible business practice.
Subscribed just a few days ago and the app is not wiring for 2 days out of three. I have requested a refund of my subscription
I am deleting your app because the last few days it tells me there is technical issues and to try again later. Well I don’t want to do my work out later. The app is unreliable.
