### *---- "More of a Money Game"
Have many communications with the administrative team. Usual response takes more than weeks and usually they will brush you off. Their response is also based on your VIP level which is determined by your ability to make in-app purchases. Usually response will hasten when you reach VIP15 and above. Which is  equivalent to USD2300 and above. 

I have spend close to 3 years on this game, and met with many issues from members suspensions due to false reporting by others and citations of illicit transactions (which never happens), the administrations team never was able to provide evidence despite pressuring from our end. They often brushes of enquires,and closure of the ticket input without solving or even an attempt to solve the issues. 

Also, usual games will provide you a refresh t&c, but however provide you a choice to continue and upgrade the game or to ignore and continue the game and uses a far back version until it could no longer work. However, in evony, you are not given a choice. You are forced to accept the upgrades or not proceed with the games any further. I have spent thousands on this game, but yet this games has no assurance and whatsoever. They simply added in more terms to protect themselves as and when they deem neccesary.

In certain popular games, you can trade equipment and even the account for the time and money you spend on it because you have the ownership to the game. But in evony,  it is as if your shoppings never belongs to you at all. 

I have spend months to fight for rights but the administrations failed to even acknowledge it. They didn't even have a manager team that could response. Not even a legal department where we could send in and seek for compensations. 

My advise is, think twice before you play it.There are plenty of nice players in-game. But the administrations team and creator seems to treat this game as a money game.

I really wish I could attached all the evidence I have gathered and all the exchanges we had.😃

And yet the only response you could was "this game wasn't all about money" 😂😂😂 but among all the question you could see and response to was money questions😘 how about the fairness of your team? Your t&c? Your teams ways of management? Your contacts of your legal team?

The game negates your strategm with intellectual to circumvent the ever challaging scenario that will be updated from time to time. In the recent Evony game event, the Fortress Pyramid competition, my team aimed for a top 3 position to secure a permanent pyramid castle skin. The competition grew intense with formidable opponents from other alliances, pushing us to dedicate long hours from 6 am to 12 midnight. Unfortunately, over the last three days, a system glitch occurred during pyramid rallies, resulting in misleading "defeated" reports and significant troop losses. Despite attempting the rally twice with the same outcome, showing "defeated," normalcy returned only after restarting the game. Reporting the issue to in-game customer service and Facebook customer service yielded unsatisfactory responses, with requests for screenshots and subsequent silence after providing them. This experience has been frustrating, disrupting our progress, depleting resources, and negatively impacting our overall gaming enjoyment. My disappointment arises from the considerable time and money invested in the game without receiving the necessary support.

I have been playing the game for almost a year plus now. If you do not have any capital to invest and not including time for this. Please don’t bother downloading the game. They have poor customer service and this game have become centred around pay-2-win. If you think, hustle is enough without spending money, then you are absolutely wrong about it. Grinding at the current stage won’t get you anywhere in the game. The only way, you can excel in the game is by spending a minimum of 2k usd every month to catch up and what you get in return is peanuts on top of poor customer service. Even if you spent up to 20 to 30k in the game already like myself.
