Traveling multiple countries requires being able to input multiple currencies. This app has the best solution to this challenge I could find (and I tried many). With the latest update you can now see overspend by time (eg current month). This was missing but the developer listened and the app now allows this. The app is well worth the one-off cost.

I’ve been using this app for a very long time. While it doesn’t offer as many features as some other expense-tracking apps, but it includes everything you need for day-to-day tracking. The app is simple, and easy to use. If you need multiple sheets, you can upgrade to the premium version with a one-time purchase, which is well worth the price. For the developers: Currently, the only way to differentiate expense records is by category. It would be incredibly helpful to add features like tagging. For instance, if I have a category called “Subscriptions,” I’d like to use additional tags such as “Music,” “Movies,” or “Newspapers” and see them reflected in the stats. This would allow more detailed tracking within a single category, improving the app’s functionality.

Love how simple and easy it is to track your spending which in the end makes us much more conscious about what we’re doing. It makes me think twice about spending on things. Both my husband and I have the app and we work on the same worksheet for our household. Every month I also download the data to a csv which makes it easy for me to track our spend vs our budget for each category

I love this app because it saves time and keeps my finances organised. It’s easy to use, flexible and helps you track your spending, savings and whatever it is you want to track. You can upload receipts on the go (no more casting about for bits of paper), export to your device and data is shared across devices instantly. I use it to do my tax returns on the fly.

One of the most useful apps - so many customisation options and features. Sheets are clearly organised and intuitive - with functions like copying moving, pending purchases etc., it will surely work for everything. Especially appreciate the option to upload an image to help track receipts as well.

Using For over two years, and never felt the need to look for an alternative. I use it daily with many expenses Biggest plus. It’s super quick, every time I press the app icon, the app instantly appears ready for me to add an express. No loading screen, no promos, no wasted time. In that time it’s never crashed, never had any issues from updates. Great for cross currency work, and even where I need to set the exchange rate, due to purchasing at a set rate. My wife and I also use family sharing, and can sync sheets two multiple iPhones. Love it!
