This app is available if your organisation has adopted Release 6.20+ of the ExpenSys software. 
 
Easily capture your receipts and expense details anywhere you go, even with no signal or Wi-Fi. For businesses large and small operating all around the globe, the ExpenSys app allows users to get on with their day without expenses getting in the way. Must be used as part of the full ExpenSys solution. All mobile features include: 

Lightning quick OCR receipt capture (powered by Google Machine Learning)  
Key expense details are securely and accurately captured including VAT reg. numbers 
Intelligent duplicate detection technology eliminates mistakes 
Works on an international basis with multiple languages available 
GPS with e-mapping verification pre-populates mileage logs 
OCR scans emailed receipts and invoices on the mobile 
Saved images and files can be shared with the ExpenSys app 
Mobile approval for when you are out and about (Release 6.21+) 
All captured items can be reconciled online before submission, further information about each claim item may be required in order to ensure compliance with tax rules, company policy and anti-bribery legislation.

Problem with the app currently. When you take a quick snap of a receipt, the screen doesn’t display the viewfinder for the camera, so you have to take the photo blind and hope the camera is pointing in the right direction. It usually isn’t!!

Recording and managing expenses has always been a bit of a task. But with this app it completely simplifies the process of capturing receipt/expense data. Making it quick, accurate and no longer a dreaded task. I particularly like the business journey function. Which records your distance travelled and reason seamlessly. Highly recommended.

There are now GUI issues with this app. Since iOS 9 or 9.1 on iphone6 when i take a photo from the app it's difficult to then continue as the button is almost off the bottom of the screen and unable to scroll to. When you do get lucky and manage to click it, you then get a white page from which the only option to continue and upload further images is to quit the app and reload each time. Very frustrating. Please fix this!
