I bought this app in early Jan 2019 because it claimed to reflect the 2019 changes. But the updates weren’t done  for many, MANY weeks.  Now that had been updated, it’s terrific! This app has been very useful for me over the years. As noted in some of the other reviews in a response from the developer, this was built around the rules that were in place up through 2018 and it has been very accurate and very helpful. I hope the developer updates this to reflect the new 2019 rules as I will continue to use this app. I’ve been very pleased.
