Internet speed

I purchased this app. But it affected the stability and speed of internet. I removed it from my lab top.

When I use Netflix without express vpn and I test my internet , it always says I have a speed of 500mbs. But when I turn on the vpn, it significantly decreases it to 5-15mbs. Fix this please

I payed for a month subscription using their website yet when I tried to sign-in using the app it gave me a (signing in) prompt but never signed me in.
