Doesnt work, doesnt connect. Support is just like someone said before practically worthless because it probably depends on their mood will they reply to you or not. Had money issues before too with “automatic renewals” that were off. Used to be a good service, now Im not so sure about that #1

Impossible to cancel service and payments

I ordered free trial for one week,but I was charged for one month. I tried to cancel this service,but they recently charged me again for one additional month. I am stuck with payments and I don’t know how to cancel it.

Money often disappear from your account but generally connects

A lot of double payments that never even add additional time to your account, support is just of "write to God and see if he responds" kind. Taking money from your account even despite you have turned off auto renewal in hope that you won't notice and think you didn't turn it off. It connects and carries out its function, but BEWARE of your money: once you gave them your card number any money disappearance may happen (with me already happened twice, first time after long-long discussion they at least told me where the money went and turned of auto renewal. While second time, again?! do I need to daily track if those guys going to take money from my account?..)

Need Customer Service phone number

Consumers pay pretty decent money for this product; most of us work hard, aren’t rich, living paycheck to paycheck. When we invest our money and trust in a product, we appreciate having a phone number to talk to engineers, or experts when we have an issue. I am not sure if this is a universal product, but have CSA’s in each country to help us out.

Doesn’t work half of the time

Been using it for a week, and the connection gets lost every day. It is indefinitely loading when I try to sign in again, and doesn’t log me in. I use it for my desktop computer as well, and it works after I restart my laptop everyday. On one account, I even deleted this because my tech wouldn’t connect to my wifi anymore. This app doesn’t work in all countries. 6/10
