Unfortunately if you want to use VPN in China this will not work properly

I have tried to use different servers like Hungary and South Korea servers but it was not able to connect to these servers. Maybe the problem is my location that I am in China BUT I expect more for my money. So I cancelled my subscription within 24hours.

It doesn’t work well in china since this October I think, and it doesn’t work at all now.

I was using Express VPN for over five years. It worked well for the most part of this time, save for a few short periods. Well, now it's not working for a month, and they do not give regular updates about the situation either, as they did in the past. Always the same answer, "our engineers are working hard" but nothing suggests they actually are doing anything. They do not want to give a refund either. It's not a cheap service, mind you. You'll be better off with a different service. Astrill works without problems.

I did't use the app since I download it, most of it I deleted it a few minutes after the dowloading. Please give my money back because I didn't chose the 1-year-using!!!

I purchased 110dollars for the the yearly subscription and after a day or two my vpn is not working at all. It crashes all the time so I can’t even connect it for a second. I sent a feedback but they didnt reply. Dont use this vpn if you are in China its the worst. Give me a refund please.
