Since iOS has upgrade to 18.2 vpn frequently disconnects in between calls and gives very poor experience for such a costly paid service. Not renewing again for sure.

I purchased monthly plan but never connects. Please refund my money.

Something is wrong with the app, I am unable to add my email id and therefore cant use it anywhere else

I have purchased express VPN via other device long time ago. I have the activation code but not the login and password. How do I activate it on my phone?

I tried customer service telling them that it’s not working in oman either on data or wifi…and there customer service gives kiddish troubleshooting tips …very disappointing

From last iOS 18 updates. The performance got degraded and frequently drop in internet speed

I updated this issue 7 days before iam using this app from Uk to play BGMI indian game i tried few of the other paid vpns before which i experienced 130mps to 190 mps while gaming as an invastigation found this app as perfect for gaming tried by subscribing 1 month plan for a try still experiencing same mps as other vpns

I have cancelled ExpressVPN subscription on 4th October to avoid payment on 5th October, however still money got deducted 11,800₹. I want my money back immediately and need explanation. If not, I am going in consumer court and will file official complaint against your company and sue heft amount.

With all those sites rating it to be top rated for vpn service. I bought the one month and cancelled it 4 days after. I thought buying them would help me not reconnect each time but this works so slow that the whole point of disconnection goes out of the window.
