So I paid for 1 month, they charged me and then message appears on screen that my payment was successful but a validation error occurred, and they gave me 2 option buttons to press “try again” and “contact us” none of it worked. Contact us button didn’t lead anywhere and try again didn’t bring new results. So my money gone and no vpn

So.. I decided to use that VPN and it says that you need to subscribe.. Okay.. But then i was kicked out of app and it says that you need to SUBSCRIBE AGAIN.. BUT I’AM ALREADY SUBSCRIBED.. You know what? That VPN costs KZT60000 and you need to add something like “Restore Subscription(s)” button! Pleaseee!
