I am very disappointed because I’ve installed it and bought a monthly plan especially to use during my stay in China, it seems that it’s impossible to use while being connected to WiFi which in my opinion should be mandatory.

App works well but cancellation process is painful. No respect for a user.

I’m really unhappy with the stability of VPN, as it suddenly disconnects on random events. It resulted in connection to public WiFi without VPN.

I really enjoy a quality of this vpn but everytime new version is out for iOS it can't be updated. Fix it pls cuz I'm tired of reinstalling everytime.

It blocked my whole internet connection out of the blue and constantly tried to reconnect. Closing the app does not help. Only after uninstalling it and compromising my privacy I regained the internet connection :/

To dziadostwo nie działa poprawnie i wrzuca inne kraje najczęściej UK zamiast wybranych krajów z listy. Oszustwo /Scam ! Zarządałem zwrotu pieniędzy, ale nikt nie odpowiada!
