Your app refuses to send a code to my number because it thinks it is invalid. Remove the number pre-filter and text the codes to the numbers we provide or call the number and provide the code by phone as an alternative process. I have not been able to log into the app since 2022!!! I have reached out to customer service multiple times! You need to reach out to the people that make this app and stop pre-filtering phone numbers.
Was working fine, then it kicked me out, couldn’t get my password to load, had to reset. Then after resetting my password it couldn’t identify the gas station I was at after about 10 minutes of wasting my time. I think I will stick with Shell stations and their app as a result. Terrible user experience. Deleted the app and I won’t be going out of my way to use an EXXON gas station again.
I definitely make use of the regular 3% cash back feature, I also think adding acces to the application via CarPlay would be great so I don’t have to unlock my phone while driving all the time.
Great first try, looking forward to it and its perks
The reader inside circkle k stores don't work for the rewards app. In addition my credential were randomly logged out so when I went to log back itln it only gave me the option of send a code to finish logging in and no other option like a email which most have or should have. I didn't have my other phone on me so now I can't fill up because the give no other option. Poor quality app overall. No excuse for such a rich company.
Every time I try to use my points, it never reduces the price and then when I go to fill up another time, it says that I no longer have any points to use. Worst app ever!
This app was very easy to use convenient and saved me money on gas.
This is my go to gas station. It’s always clean. The staff is friendly. I use Apple Pay and get 3% back sometimes 6% when it’s a boosted return I recommend.
2 things, you should be able to activate the pump and pay with a physical card & you should be able to scan a receipt from Exxon on the app to add points for people who forget. But otherwise it’s a good app.
This is the way to pump gas for your car.
