EzCab – Ride Hailing App

Suddenly i got notifications from this app, once click, i see girl with 18sx pose. This app is already broken?

Used to be promising. Now absolute rubbish. Can barely book a ride.

The driver here keep asking for tips. I ordered a cab and wait here for 20min and I see the cab driving further and further, so I msg him and ask if he is coming or not. Then he reply me 20ringgit.. can’t believe this happen.. very unhappy with this apps, this is not the first time driver ask for tips. Very no standard driver. Please don’t use this apps if you are a girl.. there was a driver that talk pervert to me once. I was so scare that day..🤬🤬🤬

App does not load and stuck at blue loading screen. Reinstall does not improve things. And it’s frustrating iwhen I need to book a ride home.

The time to arrive accuracy is completely off. It has been 1 min for the past 30mins. Driver was not wearing mask properly. Not covered up to nose.

Where do I even start. This app… From my experience, oftentimes, the fare is much cheaper than Grab ride. Often, it would be perhaps RM2 or RM3 cheaper, at most, RM5, which is good for the customers obviously. I would love nothing more than to support our local cabbies, but the truth is, a lot of them are reckless at driving, sometimes (8/10 of them) grouchy whenever I paid using QR pay instead of cash, and plain rude. The app itself: it’s full of bugs. Sometimes, I would have to spam the book button multiple times to be able to book a ride. There were times when I had to pay personally to the driver’s account because the app would glitch after the ride was over and the driver couldn’t use the app. There was one particular incident where I couldn’t book a ride because turns out the driver didn’t click booking finished or something on his end. I had to contact the support multiple times, and they kept informing me oh they’d contact the driver etc. Till this day, I still couldn’t use the app to book a ride. That’s just one of the many flaws of this app.

Have registered but now cannot update the app. Have been using the app to call for taxi for sometime.

I can't book anything because when I try to type in the location, nothing appears.

The waiting time is not accurate saying 3mins like waiting 30minss!!!
