Batterij wordt helemaal leeg getrokken door de app (sinds december, misschien wel eerder), ook als VPN niet ingeschakeld staat. 
Dus geen idee met welke activiteiten. iPhone en app beiden ge-update naar de laatste versies. Lees online meer klachten hierover maar zie bij de updates vanuit F-Secure hier geen melding over. Is dit in ontwikkeling/ wanneer kunnen we hier een update voor verwachten? Ik gebruik mijn telefoon voor meer dan opladen voor achtergrond activiteiten en browsen.

Activeert gebeurt er niets.
Op mijn iPhone werkt  F-secure wel, maar op de iPhone van mijn vrouw niet, ook op mijn iPad het zelfde probleem.
Al een keer opnieuw geïnstalleerd.
Gaarne hiervoor een oplossing.
Inmiddels zelf opgelost.

Jaren de oude versie met heel veel tevredenheid gebruikt. Maar de  Update is waardeloos. Moet telkens opnieuw aanmelden en dan synchroniseert hij weer niet met de andere apparaten. Kost wel even voor dat dat weer werkt. En deweek erna begint dat weer opnieuw. Echt heel vervelend. Overweeg over te stappen naar een andere dienst.

Vanuit de oude ID app gestart met het ophalen van de nieuwe app. Overzetten wachtwoorden en bewaakte e-mail adressen werkte goed. Echter, de VPN waarover de aankondiging spreekt zie ik niet. Waar is die? Of is die er niet?

Ik heb Freedome VPN maar met een kortere contractsduur dan ID protection. Wat doen jullie dan?

De overgang van de oude naar de nieuwe app is waardeloos. De nieuwe app is duidelijk niet goed ge-beta-test. Als ik de bescherming aanzet wordt wifi geblokkeerd. App opnieuw geinstalleerd en nu schijnt mn abbo verlopen te zijn. Wat het niet is. App heeft dus nog veel bugs.
