The worst UX I’ve ever experienced for ticket app
Let’s step back for a moment. What matters to a traveler who’s wanting to buy a ticket from A to B? You’re telling me no one, NO ONE said they care about the total cost? What kind of millionaires target audience did you have as your test group for this?! I won’t commit to paying “the best price”, when I have NO WAY to see what that price is going to be! And when you have to try explain the most common problem of your app (forgetting to end your journey when you exist the vehicle) already on the App Store screenshots you should know you haven’t made a good product. Sorry, the app does look tidy and clean, and if I was a millionaire I might not care what the ticket price is. But now I have no way to compare this with the other ticket options there are available, and I get no idea of the cost of my journey. It’s a definite no thank you. ETA: I have in fact used an Oyster card. Have you studied how they explain important cost informations such as the fair zones, and daily price caps? 👍🏻
