Me and my best friend went there to get suckers and my best friend was bouncing a ball then we look at the suckers and this elderly costumer started yelling at us for almost knocking stuff over so we decided to leave and the worker said that she can kick us out and the old costumer said leave and I was mad so I said something rude and she chased me out the store and she was cussing at us so we ran home and then went back with my best friends dad and she completely lied and said we were knocking stuff over which we didn’t knock anything over and she said she didn’t cuss at us and she said that she didn’t chase me out and was scared to look at the cameras and we got banned and I don’t recommend coming here this review is coming from Hastings Nebraska and the family dollars address is on Burlington ave close to sonic

Downloaded the app, my iphone must not be new enough (iphone 10) because the app freezes constantly.

Downloaded app and can’t even confirm the code. Can type letters, numbers or anything . Deleted and won’t get my business.

I am visiting the Family Dollar app for the first time in years. I have been using the Dollar general app and now I see why I prefer DG instead of FD. In all of the years that I have not used the FD app, I was hoping that there was some improvement. The DG app is ultra convenient as it allows you to create a shopping LIST of the items that you intend to purchase at the store. When making your list, the DG app also applies all of the coupons that you have clipped and shows you exactly what you’ll be paying at the store. This feature is ultra convenient as times are hard and mostly everyone needs to stick to a certain budget. You’ll have no worries of being embarrassed at the checkout counter because you THOUGHT you’d be paying less for an item due to having a coupon, no thanks Family Dollar. I will stick with Dollar General. Please upgrade your app. Dollar Tree app is designed the same way as DG, and from my understanding Family Dollar and Dollar Tree are under the same umbrella. There is no reason for the Family Dollar app not to have more convenient features on their app. The only Pro of the Family Dollar is that it allows you to “unclip” coupons. Dollar General app does not allow you to unclip coupons if you find a better one.

I was at this family dollar on 906 E tidwell I found some items that was for A $1.00 I asked a person who worked there WAS this the price they responded yes so I got them but when I got to the register as I was checking out, I told the cashier that those were a dollar and she said if we was a dollar that’s what the sign said. She would earn it but the manager said she would go check it out even though it said a dollar on the shelf the manager refused to give me the items for a dollar so I gave the items back. Tell me why they cannot honor what the sign said a dollar I would not be going back to the dollar store and I’m seriously thinking about taking it back. Everything that I purchased I spent $60, and I think she should have it with the sign your opinion, positive opinions only and unhappy customer. Can’t select store, can’t open coupons. It always says error and unauthorized. Useless.

Downloaded the app. Scanned the barcode for the coupon. Nothing! Nada! Zero! Looked all over the app for customer service. It’s just a loop back to the same page.

Now, the coupon scanner doesn’t work, and it’s showing last weeks ad instead of this weeks. Awful app.

When I want to use the coupons, they are not applied correctly and I always scan each product and the application tells me if it qualifies, but when it comes time to pay, there is always something wrong. I will not return anymore.

I keep getting this error “Try again! Something went wrong!” Won’t be using this app or shopping at Family Dollar until the app is fixed
