i want to cancel my subscription it doesnt work on me and they deducted my account of 52$ hopefully they cancel it asap

Can’t cancel subscription.
It won’t let me cancel the subscription. I’ve tried on the app as well as emailing the support team and still have had no reply or help. They also keep trying to charge my card and keep changing the pricing, don’t bother downloading because it just becomes an issues when you no longer want it.
Trying to cancel
There is no email giving me giving me the location of the number I gave and I’m dreading their being notified I thought it was confidential I went to the app as suggested to cancel but there is no instruction for this. Please cancel
