### **--- "Parent feedback - don’t like it"
I really don’t like this app at all, and annoyed the nursery have changed from what we used to use. I’m 27 and run my phone from my business with apps and find this app utterly confusing. Too much going on, nothing is in a logical place.

Some ok features, but you can’t edit things when you click things by mistake which make it really annoying - constantly messaging the nursery to apologies for communicating things I didn’t even want to. And I HATE the fact you can make groups and the other parents be in it. Unnecessary notifications!

I can see where the developers thought they were going but didn’t think about parent usability at all. Wish I could delete it but I am a mum who loves to stay on top of communication so have to keep it.

I’ve asked multiple times about receiving comms through the Famly app and it is still broken. All I see is invoices which means I miss comms from nursery.

We have to use this app as our nursery uses it. Feeds and notification are buggy. Ease of flow through the app is unclear until it’s clear. Other than that, concept is good, execution could be better.

Generally, love this app, however since the latest update we have been unable to use the ‘request care’ button. This is echoed by other carers using the app at our childcare facility. Hope this is resolved quickly as add individual bookings via the ‘ bookings/add’ tab is a slow process comparably.

Definitely an issue for parents, the Famly mobile app does not allow the saving of photos and videos on a mobile device. A parent has to use the web version from a desktop in order to save photos and videos. This is definitely a feature that should be allowed with the mobile version too, if the nursery has enabled the downloads feature.

Clearly sold to nurseries on a cost basis, as the app doesn’t back up the promises. Can never log in, despite it thinking I already have an account and password - which I’ve never had, or set up. Offers to send me a reset password link, which then ends up taking you back to the main login screen all over again.  States I have to be sent a ‘magic link’ every time I wish to view some update. Incessant emails every time something is posted too.

Absolutely pointless app with terrible coding.

I like the app! It makes our lives easier glancing at what our munchkin is doing through the day while at nursery, but why is it that the app is not available on macOS? 
@Dev’s, It’s just a toggle switch that makes the iPad version available on the macOS App Store 🤷
This will make life easier for downloading the images and videos, saving those precious moments of our children’s when they are away from us. 
I would like to believe that I am not alone requesting this.

Amount of effort to clear notifications is frequently frustrating- I’ve got 4 currently that I just can’t get rid of

Have to force quit the app several times a week else the app doesn’t load properly - only displayed on half the screen of a relatively new iPhone

I was asked to install the app by my nursery.
Usability is not great, always takes me a few minutes to remember where the photos are in the app. Any photos of my kids seem to disappear after a very short amount of time, so I have to make sure I get screenshots.
Other than this, the only useful thing I get out of this app is the messages that the nursery send me, but then I’d be much more happy with an email rather than installing yet another app.
I’ve used other apps that were much more focussed on tracking developmental progress and I found this much more insightful and valuable.
Two stars because at least they’ve implemented notifications and messaging reasonably well.

### ***** "Perfect for keeping us parents up-to-date"
This app has been a game changer! Having had my son in other childcare settings without this level of communication, I can’t even tell you how much easier this has made things, not only in terms of knowing what he’s been up to each day but having open communication with the nursery team. 
Now, I have to give the nursery credit as they are the ones who are keeping all of the information up to date and logging everything their end, every day- even down to toilet movements, which is oddly reassuring to know when BMs have happened!! 
I can’t find any faults in it and have to say a big thank you to the Famly app and to our wonderful nursery for using it so well! 
It’s definitely made our whole nursery experience so much better!!

### ****- "Ability to tap nursery employee profile pics"
I really like the app, such a great way to keep up to date with your child’s day. But the one improvement for me would be to be able to tap the nursery employee’s profile pic to make it bigger. There are so many lovely people who look after my child, who become familiar faces on drop off/pick up , but it would be really nice to put names to faces. The tiny profile pics are too hard to work out who they are.

Hey developers. 👋🏼 After tagging our kid in photos for about 4 years, we can now only access a few hundred photos going back a few months - in the app and on desktop. Any ideas where they’ve gone and how I can get them back?

What a pity there is no “zero star” rating, had to give it a “1 star” even this app is not worth any star. Every aspect about this app is obviously rubbish, too many stupid problems, too much annoying inconvenience. And worse, no one of this company cares about it, no matter how many complaints there are from users!

It does everything i need i can see and do what I need in the app. However still not able to save photos directly from the app and have to use the webpage version is quite annoying.

Overall, I’m happy with the functionality of this app, however there are a few sections which could be improved upon. 

A lot of the admin type information is saved in small nooks/subcategories which makes finding information a bit tricky sometimes. 

I appreciate the new feature of being able to download pictures of your child from the newsfeed, however I’d love to see this extended to the archive of previously tagged pictures as there are hundreds I’d like to be able to export (ideally as a folder/link rather than one by one) to ensure quality of the pictures rather than having to rely on screenshots.

Ok. I have opened it, clicked through every notification at least once, updated it, tried turning notifications off, removed it from Home Screen and still it’s telling me I have notifications.  How do I get rid of them?
