They are too over zealous with making you reset your password … it’s annoying and inconvenient

I won a bet last night, yet FanDuel will not allow me to withdraw my winnings to the same exact card I deposited with it’s pathetic and very inconvenient I’m not coming back after this gets fixed somehow terrible customer service also didn’t help at all stay far far away from FanDuel If you value your patience

FanDuel is scamming me, and I don’t throw that around lightly. If you use this sportsbook, hopefully you never have to reach out to customer service.. I placed a live bet that a player would score 2+ TDs, when the player was already listed as having 1. Later on, he scored, the TD count went to 2, but $0 was returned. What a headache I got dealing with customer service. Technical errors according to FanDuel’s terms and conditions should result in my bet being void. Instead, they’re trying to convince me it’s a loss and will not refund my wager. I wouldn’t have placed the bet in the first place if I had known the stat was incorrect. Beware

Fair, Square and Value added

Successful deposits but impossible withdrawals. I’ve been using FanDuel/Mohegan Sun in CT for a long time with no issues depositing money into my account to play and withdrawing my funds back to my bank…. Looks like the recent app update is causing technical transactional issues and the app allows me to deposit but not withdraw my money… which is really shady IMO. I have closed my account and never going back to FanDuel. They are too unreliable and unethical… my first bad experience a while back, I had to fight for a sportsbet parlay win in hockey, FanDuel argued with me a player didn’t get an assist when the NHL box score had it…. They ultimately released the funds after several days of email back and forth. With this recent tech issue and previous sportsbet win experience … FanDuel is not a safe and fair space…. Draft Kings is much better. Hopefully this review lights a fire and gets FanDuel to pick up their standards.

Bet nearly 10k a month on this site and get no promos or rewards. Yes, I contacted customer service and was told I don’t bet enough to receive anything. Cashed out and moved to MGM last week. I’ve already received more rewards in one week at MGM than three months at Scamduel. They don’t care about their customers. Let me guess, I’ll be told to contact them. Scamduel morons just don’t get it.
