Made an account on browser. Can’t log in on app

Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. I cancelled my subscription to this service but due to a browser error the cancellation did not complete. I immediately contacted the company to explain what had happened, minutes after the payment (~£60) and I was refused a refund. I also had to continuously chase the representative (Laura) to get a response. I recommend avoiding this company and trying an alternative.

Pathetic service

Most of the gurus do their teams 1/2 minutes before deadline of transfers giving us no time at all to make any changes. Won’t be using it further. I want. Refund!

Not able to link team

Tried linking my team but it always says “we’ve not been able to grab your team” after entering my password. Also shame it doesn’t have the assistant manager feature which is on the browser version. This is so useful and was really surprised it’s not available in the app.
