Was prompted to create a new account for updated security. Proceeded to create account. Now I can’t login and when I do get a successful login attempt, I can’t look at my policies cause the app tells me my session has expired. Not user friendly at all. Might be the reason to switch another insurance company.

Open it up and it just freezes. Log in and it does nothing unless……

Don’t even try to use this.

App design is dated, some features half work. I’d like to see the ability to add insurance cards to the Apple wallet to help keep everything organized.

Upon attempting to show proof of insurance at car rental company, app was not functional in PR. Needs to be updated to allow. It created an expensive and anxiety problem for me when I was denied rental.

Needs to be updated or repaired, gets stuck on the log in screen with the spinning loading screen.

This has got to be the WORST app in the Century. Whomevers running the app seriously needs to step up their capabilities of running an app.

This app was great a few months ago, then it was broken, I mean updated. We are required to create a new account, but it just states over and over that the account already exists for the user. I’ve tried calling the help desk, but they were no help at all. I can’t login to my account at all and my insurance was nearly canceled!!! Please fix this mess of an app. If I can’t pay my bill, I can’t stay a member.

App IS BROKEN. No one at their customer support OR in office can log me into to my account with multiple cars and home insurance. 6 different employees. Almost worth canceling policy over.

What’s the purpose of having the app if you can’t see your cards or anything! I called customer support and they told me to just use the computer. So what’s the purpose?
