Aplikace má hezký vzhled, přidává člověku motivaci, akorát si nejsem jistá, jestli bych jako mladší spíše jen nezávodila s aplikací o to abych nejedla co nejdéle … přidala bych pár oznámení a poznámek, že půst je fajn ale nejíst nic není dobré. Ještě v této době když jsou PPP problémy neustále na stole. 
Takže pro “zdravého” člověka co má problém s přejídáním nebo váhou aplikace ideální.

Aplikace mi moc líbí díky svému grafickému zpracování, jednoduchosti a češtině. Chybí mi však možnost úpravy času půstu. Když zapomenu zapsat začátek nebo konec půstu, nejde to zpětně upravit. Také zápis váhy by mohl být s s desetinným místem, ne jen celá kila.
